Tidy Tens

Keep the batch sizes that are exact multiples of ten.

You are given a list of whole-number batch sizes from a warehouse. Look at each size and keep it when it can be divided into groups of ten with nothing left over. Return a new list containing the kept sizes in their original order. If no sizes meet the rule, return an empty list.
